Alex here from the parts team here at Bulldog Triumph,
I thought I would reach out to you all regarding tyres and pass on some useful information I found out recently...
You will find this on the side wall of your tyre, usually within the black circle. The number corresponds to the date the tyre was made.
The first two numbers are the week of the year, and the second two are the year which it was made. For example, in the image this tyre was made in week 37 in 2025.
Tires don’t last forever! Even if they look fine, the rubber changes over time. After about 5 years, it’s smart to have them checked by a professional once a year. Once they hit the 10-year mark, it’s time for a replacement—no matter how good the tread looks. As tyres age, the rubber hardens, which means less grip on the road and a higher chance of failure. Stay safe and keep your ride performing at its best.
Our technicians are always happy to help; you are always welcome to pop by and ask for our advice.
Both Bridgestone and Metzeler have offers on tyres

Bridgestone S22’s
Bridgestone S23’s

Metzeler Sportec M5’s
Metzeler Sportec M7RR’s
